During the period between 1966 and 1972 the two US auto giants Ford and General Motors came head to head in the US Trans Am series. This rivalry became known as The Pony Car Wars, the Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang being the principal adversaries.
The car is driven by Richard Lind, in the Sportscar Vintage Racing Association series in the United States of America.
