  • Q. Are receipts sent with deliveries? *
    A. Yes. Your receipt/invoice will arrive with your packaged goods. You will need this in case you wish to return goods.

Q. Can I order goods to a different address from my home address?
A. Yes. When placing an order, the form on the website walks you through how to stipulate both your home address and the address for receipt of the order.

Q. How much is postage and packing in the UK?
A. P&P is a set amount of £6.00 per order (UK only), regardless of the size of the order.

Q. I have received my order, but where is my receipt?
A. Your receipt should have arrived with your packaged goods. You will need this in case you wish to return goods. If your receipt is not present, we can send you a copy receipt in the post.

Q. I haven’t received the goods ordered on the internet yet. Where are they?
A. We make every effort to ship orders received before 12:00pm the same day.
UK only: Our chosen carriers ensure that your order is received the next working day.
If there are further problems then contact us and we will investigate the non-delivery on your behalf.

Q. I was out when my goods were meant to be delivered, but I can’t get to the local Royal Mail headquarters. What can I do?
A. Royal Mail will have left a card with a contact number for redelivery to your address or, for a small charge to yourself; they will redeliver your order to a local Post Office branch near you.

A. Securicor will have left a card with a contact number for redelivery to your address.

Q. Where do Scalextric deliver to in Europe?
A. Scalextric online shop delivers to the UK and Republic of Ireland only at present. Go to Customer Information for further information.
