Anyone noticed some cars aren't in the list when adding cars to 'my collection'? Can't find C3844 Aston Martin, C3846 Bentley Continental or C3854 Audi R8 for example

Thanks Andy, found it. Don't think it was appearing before so i uninstalled/reinstalled app. Hoping my mates kids won't notice that i've restricted their speed to 10%.....Laughing

@Andy P.

No it is under the driver setup menu so you can change it for each race and setup.

Select Driver Set Up and you will see an option to limit fuel and power.

I often use fuel limits to vary when cars come in to the pits and making it a little more difficult for seasoned drivers.

I'm probably being really stupid Andy but how do i get to the driver setup section?

What would be really helpful is someone posting their own version of a user guide using screenshots of the app! If anyone has come across anything like that let me know.

Definitely not interested in using another RMS - just want to get the most out of the app and feel scaley couldve made the manual a lot better to enable that to happen - or posted more detailed info on the website

Finally getting ready to properly use my Arc Pro set after taking a long time to arrange my set up in the garage. Not played around too much with the app and after a mates kids flew the cars off the track at full speed the other day i wanted to look at the power limiters and throttle mapping. Is this simply the calibration before the race? or is there additional functionality? I was under the impression you could alter the throttle profile

Cheers

This happens with non-Scalextric cars sometimes because the guide blade is longer. Some trim the guide baldes, some avoid using the curves...

Andy, it's happening with my Aston Martin C3844 bought from this website....

Bought two sets of 2 x radius 1 22.5deg curves and added them to a corner on my still in-progress track. Finding a couple of the cars are getting stuck on the curves. Anyone had any experience of this? should i avoid having two of the curves together so as to avoid as sharp a bend?

I've been wondering whether it's just a manufacturing thing and the gap needs to be widened slightly using a flathead to jimmy it a bit

Thanks woodcote

Rather embarrasingly it looks like the analogue/digital switch on my arc pro pb had got knocked so the noise was actually the infamous sound of digital car on analogue track....I didn't even know where the switch was so hadn't considered this could be the issue

All running smoothly now

been in the process of finalising track layout in my garage and noticed the last few times I’ve been messing around that my arc pro pb is making a tiny high pitched almost ringing sound which is then louder when running a car on the track. I’ve tested the pb on its own and makes the same noise. Pretty certain there wasnt the same ring when first got the pb.

anyone got any ideas?

I bought a Bentley Continental C3846 to race my Aston Martin C3844 but the Bentley was constantly coming off and the back end sliding out. On the advice of woodcote above i've also just added some 3mm x 1.5mm N52s to my and it's made a big difference

Purchased the C3671 Ford Mustang on Ebay but have found the guide blade is a bit thicker than my newer purchases, and is getting stuck at certain parts of my digital track. Is it best to try and file it down or buy and attach a new guide blade? If the latter, anyone got any instructions for how best to do this?
