SBluetooth connectivity problems

hi, my device is no longer pairing to my arc power base, have previously not having problems, green light is displayed device is showing as available, but get the message that couldn't pair Check arc settings and try again my bluetooth is on and visible. I'm using a Galaxy Tab A, have also tried my samsung s6 smart phone

Hi Deluxe4 and welcome to the forum!

Turn the device and the power base completely off and on (restart) and try again.

Delete the app and turn it on and off and reinstall and try again.

Check if there is an operating system update.

Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that mught be causing interference.

If you can, try with a different device and see if it works.
