Just bought my sons a track  sets . The mini challenge set and the ARC one set  and 9 long straight tracks. looking for setup help. Whats the best way to set up the track on ply wood .And is there special hard ware for this

But I would not fix the track for a long a time, until you have tested every single car with every single driver  for many weeks....

Home set ups tend to get changed A LOT especially with kids involved.

Personally I prefer ARC AIR to ARC ONE as it hase many more fetaures and above it has wireless contollers that are a Godsend when racing with kigs.

Couple of other tips:

Try to habve one straight that is long enough to get up to top speed.

Don't overdo the bends

Use guard rails especially near the edge of the table!
