Good Day,

I'm having an issues with my ARC Pro base. I have determined that ch3 (blue) to be unresponsive.  I have verified the controller in other positions and they work fine. Both cars and controllers seam to sync normally according to the indication on the base unit.

Any suggestions?

Checked both power supplies. Both are putting out 32.5 vac. The track at anyspot is at 6.4 vac. Checked all track connection. So far I've only been running on car at a time. Checking each car at every turn and straight. One car has an issue after crossing a bridge and in a down hill turn, I think it' lifting a bit, but its twin sister has no problem anywhere on the track. I guess my question at  this point is "Are my voltages right?"

(Sorry If this post duplicates but I think my last post was lost). Thank you for the quick response. All cars are DPR. The PB is updated and I'm running RCS64 v4.0. It happens to different cars at different spots on the track. I was able to confirm all the controllers to be good and have ruled them out as a problem. I have checked voltage at every track connection and found 6.4 vdc (this seems low to me). I am a aircraft mechanic by trade and understand basic wiring. My first thought was the power base overheating but not sure now. Some of my track looks old and tarnished, I will clean them up.  I will use your suggestions as a check list and post my findings. Thanks again for your help.

I recently purchased a platinum set off eBay and have extended the track to roughly 70ft. All was wonderful until I had an event running 6 cars. The first few races went perfect, then one car at a time started to shutter or stop at different track locations until there were four cars left. The next day all car ran normaly until I ran a pace car and one other (new) car and it started doing the samething I have power jumpers and running two power supplies asked have cleaned the track.
