Another great looking car
As with the Dick Johnson XC Falcon I purchased this car looks great. However as a car to race against the likes of the Torana, it just doesn't keep up. It is very lively in the tail which could be a result of the sidewinder set up with all the weight at the back or the abysmal tyres that these cars have. Upon closer inspection, the tyres sit so poorly on the rim that only about half a millimetre of tyre on each side contacts with the track. These are entertaining cars to drive but on on the track I had set up, the Toranas were lapping at least 1.5 seconds faster. Once again, it's a great looking car but not competitive.
